We had an amazing time at this hotel! The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel facilities were great and everything was very clean. We loved the spacious room and comfortable bed. The location is perfect and there are many entertainment options for adults after 9 pm.

My stay at this resort was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the customer service was exceptional. I especially appreciated the complimentary fast passes and the delicious food at the restaurant. The location was also perfect, being close to the main attractions and with beautiful surroundings.
However, the waiting times at the guest services desk were too long, and some of the staff seemed to be more focused on promoting timeshares instead of providing assistance.

Highly recommended for honeymoon. Perfect hotel with top-class staff in the club, everything was perfect. Appreciated the stunning location close to everything. A few times I ate at Spice Mill, located not very far from the venue.

Appreciated our place and would come here again. The restaurant here was good with amazing food and drinks, we both ordered tasty dishes. The location was fantastic, for example, Aquatica was not too far away from the hotel.

We didn't have time, so we would come here again. Located in the good zone, it was a nice place for honeymoon. Top-class and knowledgeable employees in a friendly manner by a male staff member, everything was perfect. Besides, the location was peaceful for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Aquatica. The food in the outdoor restaurant was amazing and outstanding.

We spent Thanksgiving at a resort that exceeded our expectations. The free breakfast and happy hour were great, as was the shuttle service to local attractions. The location near popular theme parks made it a convenient choice. Plus, the amenities and activities kept us entertained the entire time.
Unfortunately, some staff members weren't as helpful as we would've liked. We encountered some misunderstandings with billing, and it took a while to clear up. Additionally, although the resort was generally clean, our room was a bit outdated and could have used some sprucing up.

This hotel's location is very convenient to the new water park, Volcano Bay. The rooms have a great view, and the breakfast is delicious and filling. The hotel offers a range of leisure facilities including a pool and a gym, which I appreciated as a business traveler.
The hotel's parking can be a bit challenging, especially during peak season.

The bed was comfortable and the room had all the basic amenities necessary for a romantic escape. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient for exploring the surrounding area and there were plenty of restaurants nearby.
The noise level was unacceptable. We could hear conversations and footsteps from neighboring rooms, making it difficult to sleep. The lack of soundproofing and constant noise was disappointing and ruined what could have been a romantic getaway. Additionally, the room could benefit from some updates as it felt a bit outdated.

Easily reached Tradewinds Restaurant, located not too far away from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there. A relaxing and interesting venue, my first choice in Orlando.
